About

Patrick Colley, MD, is Director, Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery and Assistant Professor, Otorhinolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Montefiore-Einstein. Dr. Colley is dedicated to resident education, patient care and management of complicated skull base and rhinologic disorders. He brings extensive training and experience in advanced endoscopic and open approaches to the skull base, rhinology procedures and endoscopic orbital surgeries.

After attending University of San Diego and earning his Bachelor of Business Administration, Dr. Colley pursued his medical education. He completed a postbaccalaureate premedical program at Columbia University in 2006 prior to attending Albert Einstein College of Medicine, earning his Doctor of Medicine in 2010. He completed his residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai in 2015, followed by a prestigious fellowship in advanced rhinology, oncology and skull base surgery at the University of North Carolina in 2016.

Dr. Colley explores multiple areas of research, with particular interest in resident surgical education and outcomes research in skull base surgery and chronic rhinosinusitis. He has shared his work through peer-reviewed journals, textbook chapters and invited presentations.

Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Colley is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, the American Rhinologic Society and the North American Skull Base Society.
