Dr. Baron is board certified in hospice and palliative medicine and a member of the Family Medicine Inpatient Quality Improvement Committee. She regularly precepts residents and medical students in the outpatient setting and periodically participates in teaching at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Teaching Activity

Dr. Baron is Associate Program Director of the Family Medicine Residency at Montefiore Einstein. She is Chair of the Family Medicine Residency Recruitment Committee, Family Medicine Residency Inpatient Curriculum Coordinator, Co-director of the Family Medicine Advanced Ambulatory Elective for fourth-year medical students, a member of the Family Medicine Inpatient Quality Improvement Committee, a small group leader for Einstein medical student orientation reflective writing session, and former co-instructor for the Family Medicine Residency musculoskeletal workshops.
