Kerry Maleska, NP

Kerry Maleska, RN, CPNP, is a Nurse Practitioner, Pediatric Neurosurgery at Children’s Hospital at Montefiore. Kerry is also Clinical Coordinator of Function, Montefiore’s multidisciplinary clinic for children and adults with chronic neuromuscular disabilities. Her clinical focus is preoperative education and assessment, and postoperative care for both our inpatient and outpatient population. She has an expertise in spasticity, including management of baclofen pumps and operating room consultation to surgeons implanting infusion pumps such as those used for intrathecal baclofen.

Kerry attended the College of New Rochelle, where she received her Bachelor of Science in nursing. Following this, she attended Columbia University and received her Master of Science nurse practitioner degree with a specialty in pediatrics. Kerry is board certified and has been inducted as a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society in nursing.
