Rajavi S. Parikh, DO

Rajavi S. Parikh, DO, is a Vascular Surgeon at Montefiore Einstein and Assistant Professor, Surgery at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Parikh focuses on managing complex limb salvage, complex aortic pathology, including aortic aneurysms, dissection, penetrating aortic ulcers and aortoiliac occlusive disease, renal artery disease, mesenteric ischemia, carotid disease, dialysis access and venous disease.

Dr. Parikh earned her Bachelor of Science at the State University of New York at Buffalo. She then earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine. Following this, Dr. Parikh completed her general surgery internship and residency at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. She completed a vascular surgery fellowship at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center, training to provide the most up-to-date endovascular and open surgical techniques and technology to her patients. Dr. Parikh provides comprehensive vascular care to her patients, working closely with her primary care colleagues to optimize medical management and screening for vascular disease.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Parikh has shared her work through numerous peer-reviewed publications and speaking engagements at local and national meetings.

Dr. Parikh is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery. She is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery (SVS) and the Society of Clinical Vascular Surgery (SCVS).
