Patricia A. Devine, MD

Patricia Ann Devine, MD, is Director, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director, Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Montefiore New Rochelle. Her clinical focus centers on the performance of early first trimester scans and the highest level of detailed fetal anatomy ultrasounds. She also focuses on the preparation for and the management of high-risk pregnancies and the management of various conditions, including pregestational diabetes, gestational diabetes, chronic hypertension, gestational hypertension, preeclampsia, preterm labor, hepatitis, multiple gestations (twins), intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy and history of bariatric surgery.

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Marymount Manhattan College in 1983, Dr. Devine earned her Doctor of Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in 1987. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in 1991 before completing a maternal-fetal medicine fellowship at Westchester County Medical Center in 1993.

Dr. Devine has been a reviewer for the Journal of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Her work has been published in numerous peer-reviewed publications and poster presentations and she has been interviewed for television and radio about her expertise.

Dr. Devine is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of several professional organizations, including the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine, the American Association for Physician Leadership and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine. She has won many awards for her work, including the Health Grades Maternity Care Excellence Award, Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors Award, New York Magazine’s Best Doctors Award and America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists Award. Dr. Devine speaks English and Spanish.
