David J. Leong, DMD

David Leong, DMD, is an attending dentist at Montefiore Einstein. His clinical focus centers on general dentistry with an emphasis on endodontics and oral surgery. He is also involved in providing dental evaluations of medically compromised patients prior to their dental treatments.

After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis, Dr. Leong was in private practice for many years in Northern California. During his private practice years, Dr. Leong attended the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Dental Studies where he studied and performed cosmetic dentistry in 2002. In 2004 at LVI he trained for advanced endodontics.

Dr. Leong is a member of major professional dental organizations including the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association and the Bronx County Dental Society. In 2013 he won the Patients’ Choice Award.
