Nejat Kiyici, MD

Nejat Kiyici, MD, is Chief, Endoscopy, Wakefield Campus and Assistant Professor, Medicine at Montefiore Einstein. He has a clinical interest in performing difficult polypectomies and the training of gastroenterology fellows.

A graduate of the Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, University of Istanbul, Turkey, Dr. Kiyici earned his medical degree in 1989. He completed his internal medicine residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in 1996, and later completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the same institution in 2002.

Dr. Kiyici’s research interest is in the screening and prevention of colorectal cancer, sharing his work through peer-reviewed journals.
